~mm~ ask john how he wants this settled. (hint you lost the trial)

john answer it with "The domain has been sold. I do not want it back from moustafa". (this is now the standard that you will be judge by)

and now she (~mm~) is asking you one last time to settle this. Which means you ending the paypal dispute and john is paid. Dont do it and your work on here for a year and use of the marketplace section is gone.

I do not know 1john2004 at all, and I actually know you alot more from bumping into you in the appraisal section. I have no motive other than trying to let you know whats at stake. So my advice is do what ~mm~ says.

You see, 1john2004 has chosen the paypal claim option and didn't want to solve the problem amicably.

If he refund me, i will close the dispute and give back his domain - maybe a mid person from the staff can interfer to do that.

Wow.

Almost 1000 views on a thread that's about a minimal dispute.

I would have thought by now that a mod would have updated the thread title at least. When no blame has been apportioned it is unfair on one user to have his name headline. There are proper remedies once a decision has been made on blame. The fact is that I know the one party is Moustafa and I can't remember the other because he's not on the subject line....

Namepros looks more and more ridiculous the longer this thread is being managed in the public domain by two people who obviously have reached an impasse. I'd recommend either stepping in and make a ruling to say what the correct resolution is or just close the thread and have them work it out. If working it out is just moving on then so be it. If they continue to mess around - then give infractions (like you do me

). I'm pretty sure they will remember to ignore each other.

That guy bought a domain, and was a pain in the a$$
This guy pushed the domain.
Then this guy said, Hey stay away from my auctions - so what!

So, that guy opens up a PayPal dispute???!!!

I would have told that guy immediately after his first post, deal is done and whether or not this guy likes you, doesn't matter - just close the B.S. PayPal dispute or you're gone.

yes, correct.

Its very unfair and need to be edited.

but seems the seller likes this to be opened for a long time once he chose the paypal claim option that may take half a month.

Second I think Namepros owes it to all members to give everyone a chance to share their side of the story. You are one of the first to shout if threads are hidden.

As for you getting infractions ... You break rules you get points.. This thread is not about you..
