Can someone please tell me if this page is indexed and spiderable.
 

I am considering a "partnership of sorts" with these folks and want to ensure
that this "partner page" is "alive and well."

Any code etc. that would prevent spidering?
Is it indexed in the major SEs?
Does it have PR? I know how to check this, just thought "while you're on
a roll" :)

I did a little investigating & it looks like they are legit, alive & well. Here is a link to a recent press release:

It looks like they have partnerships with some pretty decent companies.
