I regged 3 domains with them. They took my money, the domains went through the pending process, I received my sales invoice, and then the domains disappeared.

Customer services issued an automated ticket in response to my query, no response so I sent another message. Received another automated ticket instantly. Still no response.

I'll hold back on the reps.

I registered 3 .im names at eurodns & I got them within a few hours of registering.

I just get so frustrated at slow customer service. It must be one of the most important issues for a successful business, and so many of them neglect it.

Update.

Just received email saying that the card payment failed, which I dont believe ( not from my end anyway ) Seems a long way to go for that to have happened. Payment, ok'd by visa's security, more than 2 hours in pending status, emailed me an invoice, then next day decide that the payment has failed ? I think its more likely that they have bitten off more than they can chew, selling at that price.
Still, never mind. I'll just reg them somewhere else.

hmm, just checked the renewal for my dot IM and ummm, the rate at name.com is $75.00 USD , so make enough with what you have to get a renewal or look for buyer , good to know...

From what I can see DomainMonster.com has .im renewals starting at $17.99 up to $19.99 and that is their regular rate. Recommend transfering before renewal date unless Name.com comes down to earth on .im renewals

.im domains are not for short term investment unless a good buyer comes along, no 1 is buying .im expensive now

domains like

Lasvegas.im = 260-280 ( where as lasvegas.asia sold for 30,000 US$ )
diamond.im = 80
Themes.im ( which even suit the subject of .im since there are themes in instant messenger sold for just 60 $

so just hold on and dont panic unless just start an auction at US$ 1 and sell it

then complain

Very strange. 2 auctions in 2 consecutive months for the same domain ? If you have a sedo account I would shoot them an email and see if they will throw any light on it for you. Why would anyone buy a domain at auction and then delete it 3 weeks later ?

I have it at Whypark at the moment. It has already paid for itself after one day. I think I might have to sit on these .ims for a while, but seeing as they are only 2 Euros thats not a problem.
Thought I might as well grab this one BINS as well.
