It is good if you build a website with it.

I think that it is suitable for a weblog service which provide weblog printing to pdf.

Searches are a symptom of commercial viability. They also speak to the advantages the domain offers as a SE tool. A domain that has little to no exact searches is a brandable name.

Sometimes, brandable names can be very desirable.
Think (keyword)store.com. If that (keyword) is desirable enough, the name is worth money in spite of the fact that there may be very few exact searches for the phrase exhibited in the domain. If you own eChicago.com, that's obviously a home-run brandable name, even though relatively few people search for "eChicago".

I agree that searches aren't the end-all in appraising all domains, but they are critical for appraising a certain type of domain. Saying that one shouldn't pay any mind to search volume because a domain could theoretically be worth more once developed is like trying to sell someone a building lot and valuing it based on the mansion they could theoretically build on it. The value is in what's quantifiable. Not what "might eventually come".

As far as "time printer" goes, well, not much more to say here that hasn't already been said.
OP- It's OK to make mistakes, be wrong, and take missteps, but don't be insistent on being wrong in the face of people who are trying to teach you what's right.

Time Management is a big topic in career as well as personal life, but time printer seems not a real word, if you have timemachine, I will like that one...
