The huge flaw in GoDaddy's system is that there is a good chance you will never get them. The current owner can, and often will, renew. In the meantime, if that happens, you are out your money and will have to wait for a refund. For example, someone won MBA.us for $1,250 and the owner renewed right after the auction. Now the guy is out his $1,250 for who knows how long. That happened with many other names as well. I think that is the primary factor keeping prices low. Very bad idea to auction names that are likely to be renewed IMO.
