I don't want something with the Israeli flag since I believe I am not allowed to use it for personal or commercial purposes.

It's clean and nice, but the icon is not unique and does not associate itself with the blog or word Israpreneur.

A contender! Don't have anything specific to change right now, but wouldn't mind another couple of versions of the same thing. Perhaps make the border of the icon thicker.

I didn't like the spacing when moving up the tag line with "P" so I chose a variation in main font size

Getting close. The "I" is too big for me. Can you make it a bit smaller or same size as the rest of the text depending on what looks better?

I like the font, but not the icons. I am looking for a unique icon and the Star of David and The Israeli flag is not something I can use.
