This is a good domain with good traffic - if you bought this domain and poured some money into ppc it would be sick the money you could make with it.

Thanks! You've done a nice job with the .com version and you're right; it's a great opportunity that we've barely begun to fully develop. If we don't get a decent offer from a serious buyer, we'll simply continue to develop and monetize the site.
