Yes, the search engines see "web pages" rather than a "website". Therefore each page is treated on it's own merits. So the more pages you can have links coming back to the better and what you have done is very good.

You are right. Search engines consider each web page. So you will get backlinks for all of your signature links. Google may not show all of them while using link command but YSE definitely shows all of the backlinks.

Most forums only requires 255 characters.. And you need to have at least 25 or more to have your link signature.. Just read first forum rules and regulations..

Since you linked compressed URLs in your signature, I don't think Google will scan them as you wish. I am not certain of this, but I think this is the case.

Yes it will count all the links as you backlinks. Signature link building is one of the known method of getting good SERP and link building.
