Any comments/reviews? Is there a transfer fee? If there is some decent feedback on them, I would love to use them for new tv reg's. Thanx. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Pros: 1. $16.99 pricing is good for new registrations, renewals and transfers. I bought a few .tv names, and moved many .tv names from GD and eNom to DM. 2. Easy to use control panel. 3. Transfer was almost instant with names registered at GD, but it took 6 days for names registered at eNom. 4. Privacy service is FREE with every domain name. Cons: 1. To transfer .tv names to DM, auth/EPP key is mandatory. A few registrars do not directly provide auth/EPP code for .TV names unless an explicit request is made via email or via a support ticket. Before placing the transfer requests at DM, ensure that your current registrar is providing auth codes for .tv names. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=581136 2. Bulk modifications (like changing NS records for all names, locking/unlocking domain names in bulk) are not possible. 3. Customer support is a bit slow. 4. PayPal is NOT accepted. 5. DM doesn't support registering/transferring IDN .tv names. Hope this helps!

Thank you both very much for your thorough info. I truly have a lot of love for the .tv extension, and I will definitely try them out to save the cash, and get more with that savings oer there. Reps added to you both!

We can keep on top of prices if we add coupons/vouchers/codes and changes in prices on a regular basis as we find them. As we have already seen from some of the comments here, if we keep this thread going we will save a fortune and a LOT of time. |

Thanks a lot for keeping us up to date with your thorough pricing guide of .tv's at all of these Registrars. This is a very important and well needed pricing guide for us all. I can help out here in your thread with the DomainMonster U.S. Reg Fees. A couple of weeks ago, I regged a bunch of .tv's and they were exactly $19.99 each. DomainMonster registration: $19.99 Take Care & Happy Holidays .tv world!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I just logged in, and can't find anything on the .tv renewal or transfer prices. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=581136 I will send an email and ask those 2 questions. I believe when I opened my account they said renewal was the same price as a new reg ($19.99) But I did just find something interesting by logging in and looking further at their .tv pricing. Here is one of their banner ad's for a $16.99 .tv reg. I wish I would have seen this last time I regged some. .tv domain names are currently available for just $16.99 no matter how many you purchase. Simply Enter the code below at the checkout. Offer ends 31st August 2009. Offer extended!! Offer Code: TVAUG09 The offer doesn't end Aug. 31st, In the ad there is a line striking out that Aug. 31st date so... |

For many the Namecheap $17.99 promotion was a wonderful introduction into .TV names, so the shock of them hitting $25 in 2010 is not the greatest news we could hear. And to add to this we now get news about DomainMonster dropping their nice little promo and hitting the $25 figure as well (although bulk deal of 25 plus names takes the price to $21.50) is a double blow. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=581136 Which registrar is going to be smart enough to see the business they could acquire if they could offer registrations at the $18 to $20 mark?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think they might actually be losing money on every sale at that rate. What needs to happen is Verising needs to get smart and set the price at a level that would give .tv more univeral appeal. Either at .com rates or maybe just a couple of dollars above it.

![]() ![]() | Some .tv regs at domainmonster are only $16.99 every day. Most seem to be $19.99 however. I like DM so far...
