First of all with Directi you are totally dependent on your parent reseller to ensure that they have your funds. Directi has made this very clear in their forums that they don't get involved with money issues from sub-accounts. To top off the stealing of sub-resellers money one person (I won't state a name because no telling who did it even though it is obvious) went in and deleted domains from sub-accounts.

If you’re smart and regularly back-up then a pathetic host will be nothing more than changing nameservers and with Rapid DNS you are quickly back up. Mess with some bodies PayPal and domain names and your in a real mess.

Ok., Even offering domain registrations by becoming a reseller is a responsibility. I too lost some domains because of a f*cking company which is now closed
