I have over 430 names with GoDaddy so I have an account rep to work with when I want a bulk discount on renewals and other VIP stuff, so my review may be a bit biased.
GoDaddy's infrastructure isn't as good as eNom or even DD24 but it's a trade off, IMO. They offer the some of the best prices for domain names so you can't expect them to be perfect all around. I've had some problems in the past, but my account rep was always there for me and he was able to fix all my problems (see my domain blog for details.)
In summary, GoDaddy can easily dominate the domain registration industry for a long time if they get their system as intuitive and reliable as eNom.
