Prices are fair, but the cluttered interface is hard to navigate and takes too many clicks. You can't do anything quickly on their site. Registrant transfers are one of the most complicated there are. Policies on transfer limitations go beyond that of ICANN rules, in that registrar tranasfers can't be done within 60 days of a registrant change.
