This sounds interesting. I will look into the affiliate program as I have been writing on this concept for a content site.

I just looked at the site. Do you have to be a customer to be an affiliate? I am developing all of my websites.

Yes, you have to be a customer in order to join the affiliate program.

Does it get indexed by Google; like a real content website?

I have a quite a few of IDN domains that I would like to try, will the content be in the respective language as well?

Thanks
Google sees websites as complete normal websites, with good relevant content and pretty good keywords. All websites generated follow Google's optimization guidelines, as well the standard ad-spot scheme recommended by Google in order to have a good non-polluted page. (top, bottom, sidebar)

Websites get indexed by Google, Yahoo and any other search engine, like a real website. You're not really parking your domains, you're developing them. That's what Parking Revolution is all about.

Unfortunately, right now, content is only in english. However, i have good news for customers with lot's of IDN domains: Parking Revolution will feature multi-language content soon!

This service is interesting however I would like the ability to add additional affiliate banners to specific sites.

Will you be able to customize banner advertising to the individual domain soon or are the advertising spots only changeable on an account wide basis?

Per-domain ads feature is coming soon. We are taking various customer requests and waiting for more suggestions to create a more interesting feature for everyone.

Here is a real life example for you:

TouchscreenNetbooks.com

Hand regged 1 week ago, built on Parking Revolution and submitted to a few directories and search engines (and added it to my sig here). Right now on Google, from where I am, it is in the following positions:

touchscreen netbooks #3
touchscreen netbook news #1

And this is in competition with the likes of Slashdot, CNET...

- Paul

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

EDIT - I am not saying that it is easy to get a #1 Google spot for any term - this one is pretty new - my point is that Parking Revolution sites ARE indexed, right now.

The templates look really good.
Is there a way to upload your own photo to put it in place of the photo currently on a template?

To be an affiliate, you must be a customer, JAugusto. And yes, teatime, you can add your own pictures, as well modify the entire templates through CSS modification. However, you must host the pictures on free servers, like ImageShack.ws. We are working in the picture upload system, as well a more easy to customize system.

@bucaneiro:

Why isn't it possible to add each individual Adsense code to each domain?
There's only the option to add 3 universal codes when you setup your account.
So how is it possible to track/view earnings on each domain if it's all combined in 3 adsense codes??

We added the universal code feature to make the ad management more easy. However, due to requests, we are working in the per-domain ad code feature, which will be available soon.

You can track by domain using URL channels - set them up in Adsense.

Thanks Bucaneiro, I wanted to add it to my site http://DomainNameParkingReview.com.

Lot's of people seem to fear the WhyPark sindrome: pages get indexed by Google and later deindexed and banned. When that happen, the reveneu drops below a classic parking page. (more choices for visitors to avoid clicks)

About ImageShack.ws, you people can also use my site: http://pict.ws

Cheers!

Parking Revolution websites act like a web directory. They are showign content grabbed from the web, relevant to the domain subject. That content is only an excerpt, and the full content, is shown in the original website.

It's like a Google Search. John is searching for games on Google. Google shows excerpts from various websites from the web and links to them. And Google monetizes it's result pages. Parking Revolution powered websites are doing the very same, but without an open-ended search. That's the only difference, to be honest.

Google does similar fetching on it's Google News application, as well the Blog Search and others. Content indexing is perfectly complaint with the new Web 2.0 standards.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=542683

Also, you can add your own content, static and RSS-driven. And, of course, content can be automatically rewritten, avoiding duplicate content issues. There is absolutely no reason for Google to ban a Parking Revolution powered website.

Well I have parked about 50 or so domains, the first one I tried was indexed quite quickly by google. The others I only submitted 2 days ago, so still waiting on results on those.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=542683

I can tell now that I already made a little money (0.25 cents) on the first 2 days on the first domain I parked; I had this domain on Sedo for 1 year and it didn't even make 1 cent! So that's positive news!

Bucaneiro still has to work on the individual Adsense setup for each individual domain; which hopefully will come to fruition very soon. Otherwise it's hard to determine which domains make money, if all your domains are using just 3 universal adsense codes.

Google analytics doesn't seem to be functioning on any of my domains with PR, it's been 4 days now, it normally takes 1 or 2 days for it to work.
I've pm'd Bucaneiro about this, still waiting for a reply....

I will post more updates in a few days, when the rest of my domains are indexed.

My sites are doing okay. I haven't tracked them individually so I can't give the exact figures. I'm happy and have about 50 sites up also. What's great is that I can rotate in and out sites for development. Keeping any sites up that I'm making changes to, or plan to develop in the future.

A case in point is http://www.papier-mâché.com

I will develop it sometime this year, and by using PRev, search engines will begin to notice it more. So when it is developed, there will be some history there.

Has anyone else tried the RSS Merging feature?
It seems very powerful.
Bring in a feed from one or 2 of your other sites, and you can place that , say, just on the links or the "blogs" tab.
Very cool.

Will be interesting to see how googs indexes these sites.......

I have joined Parking Revolution and am generally quite pleased. I am not tech savvy, but I found a real ease of use in putting a couple dozen sites up and running. Some of my sites are full totally disfunctional content and some are pretty much right on. One I really like is http://DroughtTips.com. A couple of questions for Bucanieiro: Will you have more templates in the future? Will it ever be possible to import photos into the template design ... such as the dog on "Best Friends" with a pug? I guess this falls into CSS customization and I would like to know where to go to find out how to do this. I also like my site http://PhatPugs.com. I would appreciate any feedback on these two sites, as I am just learning. Thanks so much.

Jaremo - I think your pug site looks good, but the droughttips is almost illegible to me. I never understand why people use black backgrounds on websites I can never read them and just click 'back' to get off the site as quickly as possible. It may be just me and my tired old eyes - what do other people think of black backgrounds ?
