I would take that comment constructively, and as a priority, research cybersquatting and Tm issues thoroughly, as it will help you avoid legal actions and also save you some money.

hplaptopcomputer.net would be considered a Tm domain name.

The abdominal ball is a piece of exercise equipment. In case anyone checks, there was a TM but it went dead back in '96. Generic term now. Has lots of advertisers. I'll make a minisite.
