I'm also looking to each cms to start a forom.
The only feature i need is single member management,

for example the forum is made of 3 categories:
cat1, cat2, cat3

the users are:
user1, user2, user3

cat1 is only visible to user1, user3 and mods

cat2 is only visible to user2, user3 and mods,

cat3 is only visibile to use 2, user1 and mods.


only vbulletin has this feature?
