Yeah I got that one too. Unfortunately their .ca registrations and renewals are ridiculously expensive, one might even say gouging.

I haven't had a chance to need their customer service yet. I prefer the cheaper price of their competitors for now.

Now I'm thinking you guys are right. Picked two off the Wednesday's drop at a cheaper registrar and still can't change the name servers.

I use netfirms 9.95 canadian and have complete control panel with 150 names so easy friendly to use,never had a problem with them go to netfirms.ca not .com or you will pay 9.99usd
