Why do you think domainers are buying, snapping, selling...(from$1.00 to hundred thousand USD) dot com even those long and awful ones? Because chance are they could be ranked high in Google.

Hey, Steve, search for "recording pro" on Google and recording.pro (gTLD) comes up 3rd hit. That's with an incomplete website and virtually no SEO.
Take off the quotation marks and it shows up 5th. It's already PR3 for doing almost nothing to promote itself, and that's with 57,000 responses from Google.

I don't know what you're talking about. I don't see why Google would be biased.
If there's any predisposition to .COMs it's in the public and what they're clicking on and backlinking to.

That doesn't convince me, few people search for recording pro but pro recording and you're not in.
I can get any website top ranked when it comes to keyword that are not really searched or misplaced.

i have just got dotcoms.biz. I reckon it is a top tld for anyone wanting to start a business relevant to domain names. Forgot to mention, was a domain selling site from 2005 and has a bit of residual traffic still.

What do you guys think of Meats (dot) biz ??
The singular would have been better, yet the plural still comes into play with a variety of meats, and the meat industry is very large.

I decided to jump into .biz again for awhile. I regged Arrangement.biz, which I think has some practical business usages (or maybe with weddings?), and Difficulty.biz, which has some as well but it's a bit of a stretch. Think these domains are good ones? I'm willing to sell them for a decent price, too.

Edit: I scanned a list of over 2,000 one-word .biz. There are none available now except contractions without an apostrophe

Have just got ehdtv.biz, alexa 639256, 94% from India with alexa of 67600 there and 50,000 visits a month. I need your help. I intend parking it for a while but i have no idea why it is getting traffic. Can someone tell me why and throw a couple of relevant keywords at me? I thought it may be perhaps something along the lines of high definition tv but dunno!

Try "digital TV", there's a big transition coming soon in the US to this from the old analog signal.

off traffic analysis and data crunching, it seems most top traffic .biz names are adult related, sometimes shifting into real shady areas ... but theres quite a few popular adult .biz sites

One of that domains is Pharmacie.biz (means drugstore or pharmacy in French). That word has good Google results and searches.

What do you think, do I have a chance to find an endusers for .biz in French market. I didn't have much success even in selling some com's for French endusers

Sorry to tell you that you will have a tiny chance to find end users for real pharmacy business but maybe more chance for "spam" pharmacy website end users (you now the one of email RX, enchancement... you receive everyday in your junk mail box

) because it's rarely common to use a .biz compare to U.S. they mostly knows .FR .COM .ORG

I own a .biz and never build a website with it because not sure if will rank high or have any credibility. I wonder if YES or No should I develop a website as I see that the dot com is not at all impressive and I can do way better than the .com website. Any chance for me to get traffic, high ranked.... with a biz? or it's just a waiste of time and money? Should I develop or not? Your comments will really help me. Thanks.
