![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | they could have told the previous owner to let it expire. And you came in and reg it. But this is total guessing!!! Not all 7 years its been up has it been a forum! It was parked with a germany parking company, and used as a redirect from what i see.

????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=498446 If you are running a fan site that is one thing. If you are using Ozzy's image to sell Penis Enlargement Pills, that might become an issue | ||||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It all comes back to if Ozzy has his name trademarked or not. If he has not you may be alright. If, by chance he has his name trademarked, you could well find yourself up shit creek without a paddle. At the minimum you would have to turn the name over. Worst case senario is that you get your ass handed to you by one of his lawyers. A quick check and it seems as if the name isn't trademarked (i Could be wrong) so what you do from here is your business. I would urge you to check links like these which have documentation of cases like this and see if it is worth your time. Please note that the people that have held onto their domains have been using them in good faith. Parking the name for your profit doesn't really constitute "good Faith" http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/journal...L/2003/34.html ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=498446 http://www.bileta.ac.uk/Document%20L...20Disputes.pdf
