unfortunately, the "temporary" problem has lasted a week now. And some of us have been very patient, but the lack of communication is frustrating.

there should be a link for EVERYONE who has paid Ethan but hasn't received the templates...I believe I paid before HIDEAL. Doing this for just one person doesn't seem fair to the rest of us. Please pm me if you have a link.
