Is this against adsense tos?
Im a paying subscriber to engineseeker.com and if you go to the bottom of onlineflasharcade [dot] net you will see an adsense looking link package. It is a link exchange through engine seeker, and I was wondering if doing this, is against the tos?
We all have questions some times
Let me know,

You mean the Top Links box? If yes then I don't see any problem with it. Good Luck..

I found the following:
Quote: Competitive Ads and Services
In order to prevent user confusion, we do not permit Google ads or search boxes to be published on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colors as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.

Adsense TOS clearly states that any other Ads placed on the same page as Adsense ads should not resemble it in any matter what so ever!
There have been a million arguments in the past of 'Ads appearing above the fold' and 'Ads appearing below the fold', without a concrete conclusion.
But to keep it simple, this seems to compromise the TOS in a mild way if not clearly.
Either way, don't risk it, choose Engine Seeker or Adsense, based on which ever is giving you better monetary returns, and get rid of the other.
Hope this helps,
Aditya
P.S. I had forgotten about miniclips, lol thanks to you I'm back at it again!
