Curious as to why you’re asking, since all of these are well gone?

But back to your question – like MicroGuy, I like 'em. IMO Geo+News is valuable real estate. Of all the Geo + keyword combinations, News is the strongest. It is especially so for the .TV extension.

As the end of analog television nears and digital/IPTV takes over GEO+News.TV will become increasingly relevant and naturally intuitive for people looking to watch local news, or upload videos of their own local news for others to watch, interact and comment upon. Only the pure Geo beats them.

Most of the City+News.com domains are used by major media companies or were registered back in the mid 90s, or a handful slipped out and were caught by Frank Schilling or iReit in 2002/3. As for the .tv versions for the top 100 US cities - all gone – some even registered back in 2000.
