A few domains were stolen from me 2 months ago on another forum.

I chose not to report the domains as stolen on this forum, since the transaction did not occur here.

I am now choosing to report them as stolen on NamePros, after seeing one of the domains that was stolen from me, YHY.info, sell in the Fixed Price Section of this forum in this thread and seeing G2G.info try to sell in this thread.

The same seller tried to auction off Games.hn here, which is another stolen domain, which was not stolen from me. This domain was scammed by "JeffreyHalls", which is just another alias of the person who scammed me, in this thread.

Please do not purchase the following stolen domains:

qbf.info
hcy.info
kmq.info

An email has been sent to that email address, response from the scammer below.

Hi, I´m the current owner of YHY.info. The WHOIS data in the top post is mine.

I´m sorry to say, but I just filed a complaint against this topic, because I really resent the fact that all my details are posted here. I´m not the thief. I´ve bought this domain fair & square for 100 euro on Sedo.

So please remove all data regarding my person. I do not think that´s too much to ask. My name & address on the internet will get me into big trouble, I kid you not! Trouble which has nothing to do with domains, BTW. Everybody who has been stalked know the true value of privacy.

Regarding the subject: I´m really sorry for Gene, but he posted all stuff here and then try to contact me. I´ve replied directly to his emails. So there is communication between us and I´m willing to help him. Let that be clear!

So I´m willing to help. But, I have asked Gene to come up with clear proof of ownership, incident numbers with both Sedo and Paypal about this, and proof of complaints with the police. Also: that is not too much to ask, is it?

I´ve reported everything to my account manager with Sedo and the case is under review with their legal department.

But first things first: please remove my data (name, address, email... THE WORKS) from the opening post, pronto!

That would make me a pretty happy man....

BTW sorry for any typo´s or rudeness in this post. I´m no native speaker and therefore it´s difficult sometimes to express oneselves in a subtle way.

One of the problems (privacy) is easily solved, imho. The other (domain theft), we need to solve among ourselves (Gene and me).
