If you have noticed we recently got downtimes with current server provider, so we are going to change provider and we are going to purchase brand new server with following configuration

CPU: CORE 2.5GHZ 1333FSB (6MB CACHE)
RAM: 8 GB DDR2
HDD: 1 TB Sata

The network is connected via 10-Gigabit Ethernet & 2.5Gbps Wavelength handoff(s) on redundant/dual-path OC48/OC192 DWDM fiber-optic transport connections to XO™ Communications and Zayo™ Bandwidth. Verizon™ (Formerly Bell Atlantic PA) and Frontier™ Communications (Formerly Commonweath Telephone - CTSI), fiber is also available in the facility.

I am planning to purchase this server on the first of the next month. We will try to avoid any downtme.. but there will be little downtime..

just a question about 15% of server resources policy and account termination.

If a site get a sudden traffic spike or if a site reaching the resource limit do we get a notice ? So we can do something about it ? or we don't ?
