    | We dont do daily backups for $1-3gb plan but yes we do daily backups for rest of the plans. You can still have daily backups if you pay fee for that. yes naturally if we have service issue than we will re install site with recent backup we have. Generally you can open support ticket anytime and response time generally within hour in India GMT + 5.5 day time. I work approx 15 hours a day so you dont have to worry about. | Downtime Its 1.06AM IST GMT + 5.30 India time Server is down for some unknown reason.. May be its a hardware failure. Sorry for inconvenience. It should be working soon. | hello friends, it seems that.. there is a major problem in datacenter may be. server company and our server both are down... i will update you guys soon as I will heard the news.
