What do you guys think about this dot tv I regged today? I think its a gem. I did a Yahoo search on News Channel 10 and got 598,000,000. Please give your opinions.

Works great with the .tv extension. Also, you have a lot of partners or channel 10 news stations out there that would show interest. Good research on getting the name.

Unless you get an enduser like "Channel 10 News" to buy it from you, I don't see it worth anything IMO.

I agree, there are very few end users for this so there is a very high chance it will be worth $0. IMHO
I hope you prove me wrong and convince a Channel 10 to buy it.

Did you go down all the NewChannel 1 - 10 and was 10 the only available??
If you like this route then what about 'Sports Channel + Number'
or 'Entertainment Channel + Number?'

Ronnie - do a check on newschannel8 which currently uses the url www.news8.net !!!awful - hopefully a matter of time before it moved to www.newschannel8.tv.

I checked from 1-10- all are regged except for newschannel1 which I bagged - worth the reg fee punt...no???

www.newschannel1.com is a very interesting weather website and even has a .tv site placed prominently on its list of sites........

I was doing a search of these a while ago and found those 2 available.

The only problem i have with them is that most local news stations use their abbreviations+tv.com. I did see some that use the .tv version and others that had a longer .com url but used a .tv that redirected to that url.

As far as value, i would say find an end-user and then you tell us the value.
