| Seems like this one has potential.
You may be aware that bear stearns and deutschbank, IIRC, have had several foreclosures fought successfully on the basis that they cannot prove ownership. This has something to do with what was essentially third party marketing of funds based on combined mortgages which were then resold as investment vehicles as slices of the aggregate. This makes proving documentation of ownership somewhat difficult, as I understand it. The practice was apparently widespread enough to have destabilized the mortgage market and cause significant distress in the overall economy. Some potential in that regard, if one wanted to do the research.
Seems like the site would be useful for a property auction site or to those who are doing deed/title searches, as well. Common word with some potential. Being property related gives it potential for video as well.
Could work out. Might not be a bad site for a property lawyer either.
Another possible twist (although might work better with deeds) would be a confessions/karma type site where people post things they've done and people vote whether it was the right or wrong thing to do. Might take a bit to get off the ground, but I think it might have a certain catchy addictive quality to it. (good/bad deed).
