As I was saying in the OP, you can suppose traffic/rev around zero for these sites.
Anyway, if you wanna go a bit deeper, analytics shows 68 uniques during last 30 days, while adsense reports no click from this site during the same period.

Being a PR3 its BIN is set at $50, but you can feel free to make me your offer: I'll consider it and finally give you a response.
