| I would say $0 for the lot. There is no 'wow' factor and it doesn't mean anything. The only thing to do is develop a series of sites (costly and ultimately risky) or get a refund.
I would suggest the latter.

| Think you might be able to use them for introductory language lessons, maybe use as a launch point to sell more expensive video training courses. I imagine the search terms are common enough, although I don't have wordtracker. Seems like a lot of google results though as a lead in, although that might be misleading. Exact searches seem to run about 1.5 million results each.
I am thinking it would take a significant expenditure to develop multi-lingual programming across that many bands, to fit the free tv model you are proposing. Seems like you would be better off to have "free".tv in each of the languages, rather than six english terms with a .tv extension and a free prefix. I could be wrong though.
