There is an admin to add / edit / delete businesses as well as manage your ads like AdSense. There is no feasible way to make them auto update or anything, especially at this price. (Regular $49 to $250)

I PM'd you a temp login to admin section. I'm not sure what you mean with the moderator part but ok.

As for age of data, it's from 2007 and is about as up to date as you can get. Even yellowpages.com has old data as it's impossible to keep 25 million records up to date to the day. These sites are made for search engine content and they accomplish that task. If the new owner wants to modify things, add more businesses, call every one etc. well that is their deal. I'll do it but you can multiply the prices by 200.
