How much is a site on Google's first page worth?
Okay, it is pretty hard to rank on the 1st page of Google for good keywords (with more than 50k results). So does it really boost the value of a site if I get mine to rank on the first page?

It depends.
If it's something that no one searches for then that's not really as impressive as something that gets xxx searches per day.

Depends how many results there are and what niche your in.
you could have a site page 1 for a keyword no one searches for.
And the value of that is not to great.
if your page 1 for that keyword then you will be able to show how many uniques you get per day/month and so on,

Well, if this gives you traffic then your parking (or PPC, affiliate, business etc) revenue will be a good indication for domain value.

The reason one would like to be on the first page in Google, is that it will get more traffic.
If you dont get traffic, it doesnt matter if your site is the first result ever and at the top, it wont be worth anything.
Its not the Google Ranking, but the traffic from the Ranking that counts.
The keyword here is TRAFFIC
Best regards,

It will boost value, but that boost will determine on the keyword.
What is your URL?

Depends on the keyword, and the website. If it's a very competitive keyword and your number one it can really raise the price

Just 50,000 results? Any knowledgeable webmaster could easily top that.
