Is PR or websites voted depending also on hosting? Is it considered by the Google? Google panelized this? If yes then how much Google panelized my website means not much more or the Google takes it seriously.

| Well there are aspects where hosting can make a difference.
For example, if you have a network of websites, hosting them on different Class C IPs helps their rankings. Similarly, if you're a Greek website (for instance), then you're going to do better hosting on servers in Greece is the general consensus.
However, as far as what type of hosting, I don't think it much matters. I don't think a datacenter location or your own server is really going to improve anything. | |

| One way it possibly could make a difference is if there were severe performance issues while your site was being crawled and indexed.

| To make a long story short, PR won't be affected by the location of your web server nor the OS that it's running. PR depens only on the quality of your links. However, SERP can be affected by the web server location. If your site is hosted in, say, Germany, it will rank better on Google.DE just because it's located in .DE. | |
