| HTML is very easy to pickup and basic skills were certainly be enough to build mini sites. If you don't want to learn or don't have time then do a google search for WYSIWYG editor and go from there. |

| You can get free templates and with some basic knowledge of HTML, you can develop your mini-site on that template in minutes. |

| i've collecting a list of all the main useful sites for developing minisites/ websites for npers at namehugger. it's been a communal effort from lots of contributors, so if you know of any better resources in any of the categories, leave it in a comment.

or just follow the link from the homepage.

| Tube mini sites work pretty well. this kind of scripts work hands free and can run them in minutes.

| I agree with everyone suggesting about learning HTML. If you learn the basic patterns of HTML you can definitely make a minisite with ease. Cheers.
