Parking help - having adwords traffic in expired domain

i recently grabbed a expiring domain off tdnam which belonged to a property developer and they have setup adwords and few more ppc ads on travel related sites to drive traffic to the site. it might be getting some typeins as well as it is a realestate keyword. (<famous lake>property.com)

i parked it at sedo and it got about 80 visitors last in the last 7 days, about 22 clicks and around 16 euro

in sedo it says
"Fake traffic may include, but is not limited to, the following:
Using Google AdWords™ or other similar programs "

it also says natural traffic is
"If a domain was formally a developed website, the traffic that was originally linked to the site is also considered natural traffic."

the traffic i get is due to the site which was there before. (the previous owner had put ppc ads to drive traffic, and he dont want the domain anymore and let it expire. big company so forgot to stop the ads)

will it be a problem? :)

what is the best place to park a domain like this which gets traffic from advertisements

Personally, I'd email the advertiser and/or Google and tell them that someone is still paying for PPC traffic after the domain has changed hands. It would be the right thing to do, even though it's not your particular responsibility. Situations like this contribute to giving domainers a bad name.

But that's just me.

i was thinking of informing the previous owner, but failed to find the contact details

anyway traffic seems to be dieing now :)
