Proxy server security
 

If you have a proxy server(not a web based one, but one with an ip address and port for people to use) and someone sends spam from it, how would I tell who sent the spam? If the proxy server lists all the ip addresses that use it, how can i tell which ip address sent the spam?

Do you have any control panel for that?

Is this inside a corporate or school infrastructure or something ? Are you using DNS?

It seems to be paid service. I think that you can check manualy the ones witjh lots of sent info

Is it an HTTP proxy? Which proxy software are you using?

i only have the dedicated server currently. i don\'t know which software i\'m going to use. i haven\'t setup the proxy yet. which proxy software should i use that lists all the ip addresses that use it, and tells me which ip address sent the spam?

if you have cpanel installed you will have stats on who uses your ip, too frequent that normal use of your web proxy from same ip seems to be a suspect.
