how can someone make this value. this domain has certified appraisal valuing 70$ to $200 from godaddy.com

godaddy certified appraisals should come printed on toilet paper.

no problem, you can also get free appraisals from estibot.com

it can't be trusted either but it can usually give a rough idea that is probably better then GoDaddy appraisals.
