The Bulldog calls it right, they are all worth reg fee or close.
Better to try get a refund and use the $100 to buy something a bit better from TDName or Sedo (i know you dont get much for $100 but if you take your time then there is some great buys for $100 now & then)

I would have to agree that all of the names above are worth $0 to reg fee. I'd drop & get a refund if possible & possibly consider Ronnie's advice, once you get an understanding of what makes a name valuable. Even if you go to the aftermarket & buy names you need to know what names are worth investing in, otherwise you'll waste the $100 on a name not worth buying.
