You know whats annoying ?
 

When you find companies that sell scripts, but they are for the outdated non supported versions of php and mysql and they require you to turn Register Globlas On (which is a big nono, so much they took it out of php) .



Its even more annoying when its a "mod" who is selling this, because then people who know nothing can :

1. Have to find a outdated host who for whatever reason keeps unsupported outdated software on there servers.
2. Get ready for XSS attacks and anything else these outdated versions have open vulnerabilities of.
3. Read over at php.net , there is about 20 more (now more w/ release of 5.2.6)
4. Be sold something by someone they think they can trust, when its just outdated junk, that will get there site hacked, abused, hosting to get taken away, ect..

Would that be annoying to you ?

It is to me, over the years I bought numerous script's, it was not until our company decided to venture onto the webmaster community's that we started catching all of these people selling junk which would leave someone's server (or shared hosting account) ready to get taken down or hacked.

This is just annoying

it's something you put in your nose and then you lick with tongue several times, and back to your nose again and say to yourself whoa this is even tastier than a balut.

don't buy scripts from dead sites or if you do hire a programmer to patch things up for you and update the script.

As far as Globals issue is there. I can say I am running same script as a demo on my own server. And I am running it from last 3 years.

But its always not about script sellers. Sometimes buyers also have to see what they are buying before they buy.
