Boonex Dolphin Issue
 

The other day, I bought an unlimited link-removal license fee of the Boonex Dolphin software. I downloaded the software, applied the license and I was surprised to find an encoded footer with a:
1 - backlink to their homepage
2 - a disgustingly huge banner-module with links to their different software addons.

I bought the software because I wasn't able to find bad reviews from this company. I contacted them about this issue and they're not replying (it's been almost 24hrs now).

What should my next move be? I bought the software using an unverified Paypal account, is there a way to get Paypal to refund the money? :cry:

Hold on to your horses, they may just be needing some time to respond. (I've sent questions to them before and they appeared to be very well organized, dunno now, but maybe they just need a bit more time).

Also, like many types of software, you are purchasing the right to remove the links, and can do so by removing them yourself. It may not necessarily mean that the links are automatically removed when you download the software.

That said, if it is indeed encoded, then there must just be an issue or bugs (they do have that because of their focus on features instead of stability, imho) that they can work out for you.

Not apologizing for Boonex here, just telling you to not worry too much (just yet) as they may fix the problem yet.

They were only quick to reply to my pre-sales inquiry. :hmm:

I\'ve tried to remove the links myself but then the homepage redirected to an error page, telling me to place the link back.
