Indeed the sponsored links for hotels are a highway to a lawsuit I would unpark the name immediately. Good luck.

yeah, the hotel parking ads are a bad idea but this name has many non-TM uses too.

do a search for "four seasons store" for example and there are many stores and products that use this term. some of them could be potential customers but i know there are also tm issues if you contact them, im no expert in that area though.
