should I build a large website or 15-20 page website?

Hi all, I am building a travel site and wanted to monetize it using adsense.

Should I work hard and build a 300 page website or 15-20 page website? Both types of website (300 pages and 15-20 pages) would be a content rich site, but I'm not sure if I would make more or the same amount of money with a larger website. What do you think?

Start small, keep adding pages.

I agree, start small, then add to it. only add as many pages you need.

5 pages of good solid unique content will be 10-15 pages of scraped dup content any day of the week :)

The pages depend of the content. You don't need a large number of pages with poor or fake content. This might harm you search engines reankings

In my views, go with smaller one, because once you get larger one then you will be bound for a long term and will not be able to earn more then you can from smaller one.

May be you can do 3-4 smaller jobs or more, beside one larger project.
