The site needs a catchy header. Right now the "Reviewing Anything Under the Sun" just runs together like one big word.

Get someone to make you a logo with a Sun if you want to go with that tag line.

Your ad boxes may not work out once you decide what you're going to advertise. Right now it looks like you're leaning toward entertainment media and most of those ads don't fall into those neat 125 x 125 boxes.

Actually yes, it isnt Wordpress :)

what i was trying to convey was that this looked like a generic template without any customization.

I like the look. It is very simple but all those ad blocks together don't look very nice. Maybe space them out throughout the page. So like if you have different spots you can charge different amounts for people to advertise. You also lack a decent header and if you had a good one that could rally attract people into your site. It's a great start just a little adjustment should be great.
