Thanks :)

Almost all go out of date before they are ever sold - those that actually do work are not sold to consumers, typically, and the people that sell the other scripts are merely hoping that you won't go through the hassle of a charge-back over $15 - $50 (And you won't always win on virtual goods for PayPal anyway.).

Auto-poster? We don't need any more crap on the net than there already is.

I precisely remember that ads on craigs was a paying advertiser on NP from Jan - Mar 08 so if the opinions have changed since I think all members should know and it should be backed with complete reasoning after it was a site sponsor - just for good measure.

I have tried a few auto posters and none of them work very well.

I had no intentions of spamming on craigslist, I was just looking to see what most spammers were using.

Pisses me off to see all that crap clutter what was once a pretty good resource.

craigslist will keep on changing to avoid these auto posters to take advantage of them once you use cl you are bound to follow their tos in which you agree not to:
Quote:
w) post the same item or service in more than one classified category or
forum, or in more than one metropolitan area;

u) use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining
tools, or the like to download data from the Service - unless expressly
permitted by craigslist;

http://www.craigslist.org/about/terms.of.use.html

it's called cheating btw because other members don't have access to such software as you are not to mention the abuse of their server's bandwidth which is another issue.
