Its a hard one though, everything is subjective and anything that is even half memorable or catchy can be developed into something huge with the right plan.
Yes.. 10% or less for domains in general. All I see now are names like PhonesBuy.com, spacesmys.com, HotelsInAmericas.com. Very very bad IMO but lots of people are eating them up.
As far as the .tv extention I see a much higher ratio of good to bad ones. IMO this is due to the higher price of .tv compared to .com's so it forces most people to choose wisely.
Ditto, and way over priced for the quality.
However, I also believe nothing is selling because, One, people are overextended and dealing with the renewals, especially the stupid premium renewals so money is very tight - IMO. Two, the quality names are being held or sold elsewhere. Case in point, I listed LiveMusic and Neun at offers from $20 in several sales threads; NOT A SINGLE OFFER. LM sold for $10k and Nuen for $2.2k. Now, would I have sold LM for $20? No, but my point is that there were no offers or interest...Money not here - sold elsewhere.
