lanehost.com BADD
 

Hey guys well after getting ripped off by x1services VPS i moved to reseller bad idea i went with lanehost.com I got my account quicker than asked about my addons whmcs etc... well took 2 days to get them to me but its okay. Than every time i login to cpanel and add accounts the server runs slow i check server status and like mostly everything is red and bad. Than the 2nd day one of my important sites have been removed. That's it i asked for a refund 4 days now no refund i check their support he said he called his admin already and always says that he will give me refund no Refund. Really i think its ran by like a 12 years old kid. Don't be happy with their phone support it always gives you a message when you press for billing or sales

Lanehost.com bad support slow servers and ripoffs

Sorry to hear another bad report. Looks like lots of people are having trouble these days...

I hope lacehost.com & lanehost.com are not confused to be the same :)

It is a pity to hear. Hope you find alternative soon. But have you had deeper look at situation? BTW have had any explanations from the company you have been using?

Its Linux hosting and I pay monthly. Am happy with the services.
