mashtool.com - Appreciate any appraisal

Hi guys,

I wonder if this domain is worthy to keep. If not, I will not renew it.
Thanks for your appraisal.

Well I don't see much value in this but you could try and sell for few bucks before it expires here on NP forums. It costs you totally nothing :P

Thanks for your suggestion.
If Yahoo Mash becomes more popular, it should be more valuable.
But for that day, who knows when? :)

htmlindex 05-09-2008 02:18 AM

Drop. This name doesn't make any sense to me.

Appreciate your comment, but still not understand, would you please explain more...
I just think tool for mash = mashtool
Thanks

jehnidiah 05-10-2008 06:44 PM

I have no idea what a "tool for mash" is, I've never heard those words used in that context. I'd say let it drop.

sundari 05-11-2008 07:28 AM

Imo

I think the tool that is used make make mashed potatoes. LOL.

I am sorry, I do not think it means anything. If it does. Even if you will develop it it will be tough for you to market. As all of them said, May be you could drop it.

All the Best.

Thanks guys,
For mash, I mean Yahoo Mash, not mashed tomato
Still not make sense?
Tool for Yahoo Mash could be CSS, Themes...

nguanon 05-15-2008 11:40 AM

Almost Mash related names, i.e., mashforum, mashtalk...., were captured in hoping that the social network Yahoo Mash become more popular and can replace for Yahoo blog 360.
Now, Yahoo Mash seems not strong than Facebook or MySpace or Orkut.
This invest seems to be lost :)

Regcost to low$XX wholesale value.

amarketingman 05-15-2008 12:41 PM

there is quite a few "mash" terms and sites on the web today, like, mashable.com, a Mash-up is a pretty poular term http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mashup_(music)
and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mashup_(web_application_hybrid)

I think its a pretty decent domain, end user with some kind of web 2.0 app could pay some $$ for it.

lumpenfolk 05-15-2008 03:23 PM

I would renew mashUPtool.com, if you have it, but even that would be borderline.

Sorry, reading again, I should explain that "mashup" seems (to me) to be the web 2.0 word for "brainstorm"
