i like it!
how about a third category - (web) developers - who might want to come in for a % share.
lots of domainers without developing skills, and lots of investors without them too - adding the third group would bring more of every category in

Very good point... but my focus with this project is

DOMAINERS & INVESTORS

as a developer, you can also be an investor ... you're hours = $$$$
