Depends on what your after.

If your traffic is US based, Monster & Yahoo/Hotjobs & Job.com have programs through Commission Junction along with a number of other related programs (resumes writing, resume distribution, etc). Careerbuilder does its own affi program inhouse.

And, depending on your niche, there are probably many other relevant sites that might have programs. Try Googling, "job affiliate program".

You might want to try the site in my signature if you have job related domains. As most people looking for jobs also want to boost their resumés.
