What do you think about your own .tv

List your top 3 .tv and what you think they are worth, not what you would sell for at a certain time because other factors could come into play. Mortgage,College Tuition,New Car etc.........

But in an optimal situation.

I'll give values based on recent sales and the most recent offers i have received, i would say most of my values are conservative though i am biased :)

Here is my 3 best Premiums & Non Premium:

Premium:
Scotland.tv - $250 yr : Value = $25,000
Belfast.tv - $500 yr : Value = $10,000
Paraguay.tv - $300 yr : Value = $10,000

Non Premium (i found it hard to pick 3 as most of mine are of similar quality but here is a few that i get regular offers on):
Bisexuals.tv - $3500
LesbianPorn.tv - $3500
Canal1.tv $3500

I have alot of good ones but these are just the ones off the top of my head.

Only own non premiums....... At times, I have been willing to sell some of my best domains on the cheap, since the first rule in business is to end up with more than you started, and I have a plethora of good domains.

Here are three, but I could just as easily substituted FilmNoir.tv or Swords.tv, or Figurines.tv.....

Currently developing AntiqueMall, really need more funds to add some things to that site. But, given that I have some ties in that niche, I think I can work that into a $xxx,xxx site, given some time.

Hi equity78,

You are obviously a very experienced campaigner when it comes to domains and their value, but had you thought to ask the question, why is it everyone asks for appraisals? If I could answer that question I think its because alot have no idea of the value of their domains, I perosnally think it all comes down to the end user, the more committed an end user the more chances of a higher $$$ sale, dont you think? Obviously generic names like realestate.tv are exceptions but less no premium names like yours above (everything.tv) how do you come to the $$$ conclusion.

If your ok with me asking this questions in this forum, equity78 do you have a 10 step process on determing the value of your domains?
