Mortgage,College Tuition,New Car etc......... But in an optimal situation. Hi equity78,

You are obviously a very experienced campaigner when it comes to domains and their value, but had you thought to ask the question, why is it everyone asks for appraisals? If I could answer that question I think its because alot have no idea of the value of their domains, I perosnally think it all comes down to the end user, the more committed an end user the more chances of a higher $$$ sale, dont you think? Obviously generic names like realestate.tv are exceptions but less no premium names like yours above (everything.tv) how do you come to the $$$ conclusion.

If your ok with me asking this questions in this forum, equity78 do you have a 10 step process on determing the value of your domains?
