Ya the only things I use are Ad-Aware and Spybot for all the nasty little ads and crap on my comp. And then for ANTI virus software i use AVG. Im pretty sure they still have a FREE version on their site. Personally I think its pretty darn good and it always completely cleans my drive and doesnt delete things it SHOULDNT be.

Stay away from PANDA. I know some people say PANDA is a great anti virus software program but the ONE time I used to.. it literally broke my computer. And Customer service said "oops sorry, theres nothing we can do". lol.

If your really having obvious problems and nothing seems to be fixing the problem or getting rid of it, after youve tried other stuff, do what weblord said, and do hijackthis. Once upon a time for almost 2 years i had a problem with my browser. I did everything to try n fix it. Nothing. And no one could figure out what was wrong. I did hijackthis and with in 10 min it fixed the problem I was having for TWO years lol.

Okay thats my 2 cents. Sorry :)
